So I made a promise to myself that I wouldn’t buy any new clothes in February. Why would I do that to myself? Honestly, I am just so over Winter and all I want is to get out my Spring wardrobe. Anyone else feeling in a rut with their Winter wardrobe? I’m just a dresses and sandals kind of girl. On March 1 I think it’s totally acceptable to break out my florals and pastels.
That means my February wardrobe has been making the best of what I’ve got. Luckily back in January I picked up this cream wrap sweater which I completely forgot about. I love a good wrap sweater and realized I somehow have none. Sometimes it’s easy to feel shapeless in sweaters and I love that this one is pulled in at the waist to give more shape. I also love that this wrap sweater isn’t too low cut. I find a lot of wrap or v-neck sweaters just don’t look as flattering for anyone who is bigger than a B cup. That is definitely not the case for this sweater.
Now you know I basically only buy things that are cream, blush, grey, or black. But if you love color or are just so sick of boring Winter colors, this sweater comes in a few different colors. I personally am a huge fan of the Kelly Green for Spring. One day I might be able to bring myself to buy something in a bold color. It is one of my goals for 2018, so maybe when February is over I’ll get on that.
