It hasn’t felt much like summer in Saint Louis the past week, but I’m still completely in vacation mode. I’m heading to the beach this weekend and could not be more ready for a real vacation. It’s been years since I took more than a long weekend away from work and honestly that’s just super unhealthy.

I’ve been trying to find lots of good swimsuits and beachwear lately because there are so many good pieces out there this season. I’ve found tons of good stuff at almost every price point. One of my favorite finds this season is this bikini top and bottom from Old Navy which is a major dupe for this designer top and bottom. We are talking a serious fraction of the cost of the designer version here and here. Another huge find is this straw beach tote from Target which is a major steal. Another beach accessory I’m in love with is my S’well bottle. It’s actually just a summer favorite in general because it keeps drinks cold for 24 hours or hot for 12 hours. Pro tip, the 25oz option holds an entire bottle of wine. You’re welcome.

One of my favorite places to shop is ASOS, I know I’ve mentioned this tons before. Their swimwear section has tons of good deals though. They have lots of designer swimwear and lots of budget friendly pieces. ASOS is the perfect place to shop for swimwear if you’re a soon to be mama. They have tons of good maternity swimwear if you just aren’t into wearing a bikini fully showing the bump and it’s all reasonably priced. Check here, here, and here for inspiration.

I’m pretty much obsessed with the one piece this summer. I’ve bought several new ones recently including this black crochet one; it also comes in white and a few other colors. It is super cute and just a little bit sexy with the lace look of the crochet, but still totally modest. I will say it’s great once you’re already a little tan, otherwise you’ll be like me and have a super weird tan line from the crochet parts.

What are some of your summer essentials? I’m always looking for vacay inspo!
