While I’m huge fan of Spring and warmer weather, I want to say I’m not a fan of this whole losing an hour thing. Chuck and I basically couldn’t get our lives together on Sunday to do anything. Why do we have to lose an hour of the weekend? Why doesn’t this happen at like Friday at 4? That would certainly be nice.
I refuse to complain too much about it though because I’m just so happy winter is over and I can get all my Spring clothes out finally. One of my favorite purchases ever is this white midi skirt. I bought it last Spring at Nordstrom and I wear it all the time. I wear it dressed up for work or most recently for a baby shower. I also love to wear it dressed down with sandals or flats and a t-shirt. While mine is old I found similar versions here, here, and here.
I recently went on a buying spree at Old Navy, which is where I picked up this blue button up shirt. It is seriously so comfy and the fit is amazing. Bonus it’s under $25. My issue with button up shirts is that I always have to buy a size up for my nowhere near A cup boobs. I love that Old Navy’s are really true to size and cut really well for the price. I’m wearing a Medium here to give you some perspective.
I like to tie my button ups halfway and wear them with a high waisted skirt or shorts in the summer. It’s totally comfy and preppy and makes me feel like I should live in Martha’s Vineyard, in case anyone wants to give me a home in Martha’s Vineyard. This outfit is basically going to be on repeat for me this Spring and Summer in varying colors.
