Over the past few years, working out has become an important part of my routine. I started going to Barre3 about 3 1/2 years ago and it was the first workout I actually loved. I always used to dread going to the gym and trying to figure out what I was supposed to do with any machine. Once I got into going to Barre3 I realized that I love the group class setting. I love that someone tells me what to do for an hour and I don’t have to think about it for myself.

I am always super motivated by cute workout clothes or even better, NEW cute workout clothes. I always used to just buy a few pieces from Lululemon a year and that was it. I’m a big fan of quality over quantity, but when I started working out 5-6 days a week I needed more leggings. I tried tons of options from every price range. I found my favorite pair of leggings of all time, the Zella live-in high waist leggings. They come up super high waist which is so comfortable and they are super flattering. These are also a great option for all the pregnant and post-partum ladies. Every single time I wear these someone in class asks me about them. They are just super flattering and the best workout pants.

Another staple in my activewear wardrobe is this sports bra. It’s definitely a low to medium impact sports bra. It works well in barre and yoga, but not great for a run. I don’t actually know that from experience as I have no experience in running, I’m just making an assumption. It’s super soft and honestly just makes your boobs look great which is what I’m always looking for in any bra.

I started working out in the mornings before work late last year so now I tote around all my getting ready stuff. You know what that means? I needed a cute gym bag. I’ve used my favorite Lululemon bag that I picked up in London a few years ago but I don’t want to use it so much I wear it out. I recently picked up this adorable pink and white gym/weekender bag from H&M for under $35. It’s super lightweight so it’s great for the gym. It would also make a great travel bag because you can stuff it full of everything.

Another workout favorite that I surprisingly can’t do without now is my Apple Watch. I’ve had mine for a few years now and it’s still one of my favorite purchases. I never was into wearing a fitbit on my wrist because I am much more into wearing my jewelry. I have the gold Apple Watch and wear it with a white band so it goes with my gold jewelry. I am a gold jewelry only kind of girl so my watch always matches. If you’re in the market for a smart watch, I definitely recommend the Apple Watch. I’ve been super happy with mine and all of it’s features. The fitness tracking also has a workout setting specifically for barre which is great to measure how effective my workout was.

I am a big fan of the crop top now that I’ve got the best high waist leggings. I picked up this cropped sweater in pink a few months ago and it sold out pretty quickly. It’s still available in blue and black though. They just came out with this new version of it which I might love even more for being blush. How many cropped sweaters does one girl need?

One of my favorite places for workout accessories is actually Ban.do. They have tons of super cute accessories like yoga mats, water bottles, etc. Everything is really affordable and great if you just want everything to be extra cute. I am obsessed with this floral water bottle and you know I own this pizza yoga mat.
